All bins can only be filled level to the top of the rim. We must be able to safely tarp it for transportation. You will be charged extra if the driver needs to remove or re-arrange contents when it is picked up. Examples of what not to do with your bin:

Yes, we will pick up your loaded bin and deliver you a new one. Please allow at least 24 hours notice for the delivery of a new bin. Same charges will apply, as a new contract is made.

Your bin rental pricing may include 1-2 weeks of rental time. You can book your disposal bin for longer periods of time when placing your order, or after waste bin delivery if you decide you may need it longer. Daily or weekly rental charges may apply. Please contact us for more information.

We accept cash, Interac e-transfer, Visa, and MasterCard. We will pre-authorize your credit card prior to dumpster delivery; you will be invoiced and charged accordingly after the rental bin is picked up and dumped. Most of our waste bins can fit onto a standard single car driveway, except 40 yard rental trash bins which may be longer. Please verify dumpster dimensions by checking the size chart.

We may be able to drop the bin on your lawn or on the street, depending on accessibility. Please note that we will not be held liable for any damage that may occur to your lawn as a result. A permit may be required for leaving it on the street; please check with your local municipality. In this case we would need a copy of the permit prior to delivery.

You may not use a waste container rental for the following: Oil/Gasoline, tires, chemicals, pesticides, paint, batteries, propane tanks/cylinders and appliances such as refrigerators/freezers and air conditioners which contain freons. You will be charged extra if any of these items are found in your bin. If you have appliances or electronic waste to dispose of, please tell us when you place your order so we can arrange for separate pickup of these items. For any other hazardous waste please contact your local municipality to safely dispose of these items as home dumpster rental bins are not suitable for disposal of these items.

Clean fill is organic materials such as soils, sand, clay and sod that can be used as a soil fill.

Materials such as concrete, asphalt, bricks, interlock pavers, etc, must go into a separate garbage bin for rent.

We do offer installation of garden supplies, excavation for gardens, patios, walkways, etc, and base preparations such as grading and compaction. Please complete a quote request below and one of our representatives will contact you to discuss.

Unfortunately, we do not offer pick up, just delivery.
